Project Leadership for Property & Construction
Experienced leadership. Practical delivery. Independent advice.
From Strategy to Successful Delivery
Supporting clients and businesses with clear, hands-on leadership from design development through to delivery and completion, while ensuring effective project controls and expert property consultancy.
DJ Project Services provides senior project, development and cost consultancy services across the property and construction sector. We support private clients, developers, investors, owner-managed businesses and organisations in delivering successful property and development projects.
Led by Dan Jones, a chartered construction project manager with over 20 years of experience, the practice adopts a personal, direct approach to delivering property projects. Clients collaborate closely with an experienced project lead who provides structure, clarity, and continuity throughout the process, ensuring effective project controls are in place.
The focus is on adding value through experience — guiding projects from early feasibility and design development through to completion, coordinating the right professional teams, managing risk, and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and with confidence.
Projects vary in scale and complexity, from individual property refurbishments and asset improvements through to larger development, regeneration and capital investment projects.
